Samoa police are continuing their crackdown on illicit drugs with the arrest of 2 people during a raid in Nuu Fou.  The Samoa police have uncovered drugs, illegal weapons and cash in a house of the Assistant Electrol Commissioner, Daryl Mapu last night-Tuesday 28 2021.

Police say that on Tuesday night, December 28 they raided a property in Nuu Fou and found drugs, with cash and guns.

The Assistant Electrol Commissioner Afualo Daryl Mapu and othe 20 year old lady have been arrested and are facing several criminal charges.

The Police Assitant Commissioner, Auapaau Logoitino Filipo, says he's sure there's more illicit material out there and his main concern is the safety of Samoans.
