Germany Offers $23,000 Support To Faga Primary School
The German Embassy in Wellington has provided assistance for a collaboration project with Faga Primary School. The goal of this project was to construct a brand-new restroom complex for the school.
The German Embassy provided building supplies for the school totaling about $23,000 Samoan Tala towards this project. The project also received labor and building materials totaling $11,500.00 Samoa Tala from Faga Primary School. The school now has new restrooms for both kids and teachers thanks to this generosit
The German Consul General in Samoa, Tagaloa Christa Szegedi, emphasized the significance of the project by saying, "This new toilet block will offer a better hygienic and cleaner learning environment for the students and teachers" he stated.
"For their future development, the students at this institution need and require a good education. As a result, we all need to cooperate even more and help out where we can" he added.
Tuala Ioane Peseta, the principal of Faga Primary School, expressed his gratitude for the support.
"We appreciate your support of the school's student favorites. We now understand how crucial these facilities are to ensuring the ongoing health and disease-freeness of the Faga students. This substantial help will be really helpful" he acknowledged.
A ceremony with the German Consulate in Samoa, Tagaloa Christa Szegedi was recently held to mark the completion of this joint initiative.
