SAVAII HOSTS MISS FA'AFAFINE PAGEANT

The Samoa Faafafine Association (S.F.A) has announced that for the first time, Sava'ii will have its inaugural Miss Fa'afafine Pageant scheduled to be held on the 22nd of September of this year.  

The theme of this year's competition is "Equal Rights, Save Lives" and will be held at the Don Bosco Hall at Salelologa.

The six contestants who will vie it out for the Savai'i Miss Fa'afafine Pageant's crown include Miss Itu o Tane Kuiz - Divah Lizher Letu'uga, Miss Iva Divas - Starlene S. Jr Tumanuvao, Miss House of Sirens - Tosha G. Tautaioleua, Miss Queens of Satupaitea - Ena V. Keresoma, Miss Palauli Queens - Lagaaia Siuah Cath Sindi, and Miss Polyn's Fashion and Design - Molly Melly Su Tonise.

To celebrate the beginning of pageant week, the attractive contestants attended a morning mass at the Salelologa Catholic Church.

Following the church ceremony, all of the competitors and their sponsors—including the planning committee, friends, and families—met at Jilly Luamanuvae's residence for a to'onai.
