S.T.A WELCOMES THEIR NEW MINISTER.
Honorable Fiame Naomi Mataafa, the Prime Minister is the new Minister for Samoa Tourism Authority.
On Friday afternoon, STA hosted a small welcoming for her honorable on her first day in the Ministry. Amongst the attendees, include the reigning Miss Samoa, the Chief Executive Officer of STA and all the staff.
The former minister of the ministry was Hon.Toeolesulusulu Cedric Schuster who is now the new Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment including land and tenure occupied. The Prime Minister was the Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affair and Trade, who is also the new Minister of Samoa Tourism Authority.

Honorable Fiame Naomi Mataafa, the Prime Minister is the new Minister for Samoa Tourism Authority. During her formal speech, she acknowledged the ceremonial representatives and all of the work S.T.A has done so far since her time of leadership.
“Just making sure before assumptions amongst the Minister and their changes of seats, I would like to make it clear that the new changes as approved by the cabinet is not of the wrongdoings of the Ministers.”
“The changes were made and discussed in consideration of all the MPs to see their abilities and understanding to each of the Ministries, which has now approved changes as announced,” Fiame said.
The Cabinet Conference on the 6th of 2023 approved of as follows.
• Two additional ministers have approved the amendment of the law approved by the Legislature.
• Change of Ministers for each Ministry of Samoa Governmental Sectors.
The changes, as approved by the Cabinet on the 6th of September 2023, were effective from the first week of October and forward.
