OPINION EDITORIAL: UNPROFESSIONAL!

So the AG thinks Fiame is "unprofessional "!

Unprofessional is:

- walking out of a meeting with the Chief Justice who sought your input to a constitutional crisis

- issuing Official Notices to press and social media calling for the Appeals Court judges to be disqualified

- sending out press statements condemning the Court, accusing judges of bias and questioning the independence and integrity of the court

- once the press statements under your letterhead have been circulated retracting them and blaming junior staff members

- refusing to attend (aka boycotting) a briefing of all senior bureaucrats because you believe the person making the call had no authority

- employing the services of your husband's law firm

- having seen 20+ people resign after your appointment and blaming them for not being up to the job

- failing to attend (aka boycotting) the swearing in of parliament as called by the Head of State

- behaving in such a manner resulting in charges of contempt of court being officially laid

- refusing to convene parliament as instructed by the Supreme Court

- having to be reminded personally by the Chief Justice that she should be "under no illusion but that ... the Supreme Court represents the law in Samoa, and it should be followed.

Failure to abide by the law has its own consequences"

- failing to uphold the Constitution and failing to abide by the oath to serve the people of Samoa.

Who is in the wrong here? The government which seeks professional team players or the players still playing for the other team?

I know who I want on my team!
