Samoa Vibez concert
Boasting some of the best local and international Poly talent, Vailima’s Samoa Vibes concert was the talk of the town. And EyeSpy Radio was right there, connecting its listeners to the artist line up. In the studio with us were some of the headliners; Runtingz Family, Three Houses Down, General Fiya, just to name a few. What an awesome showcase of musical talent!
Mr Cowboy in Studio
Having exploded onto our music scene with his hit “E le’o A’u se Fufulu Ulo”, Sam Chookoon, Mr. Cowboy, has cemented his spot on the Samoan music industry. With his deep, bass-baritone voice, it’s not hard to see why. He’s one of Samoa’s Country Music Stars, local talent at its finest, and came in for a sit down with our boy JT at EyeSpy Radio.
Launching of samoas first global radio station app
Eyespy Radio Station is not only the freshest, most recently established radio station on the island, but it is the FIRST EVER STATION WITH ITS VERY OWN MOBILE APP! Fear of missing out on all the latest music from around Samoa and the globe? Download the Eyespy Radio APP and you never will. With an APP that brings you everything you need in radio, plus so much more, Eyespy Radio is where its at!
Movemeber with barber 684
Hosts of EyeSpy Radio’s popular Throw Back Thursday Show, Babar 684 multitasks as radio DJs and barbers to the Samoan community at Top Cuts! Last November, together with Gau Alofa and EyeSpy Radio Station, they hosted a live show to raise funds for Movember, a movement in support of men’s health.
rAzÉ in studio
Of Samoan and Fijian roots, Kiwi artist Raze, real name Ezra Williams, blessed us with her awesome vocals when she sat down with EyeSpy Radio while in Samoa for the “I Love Samoa” concert. Having a little freestyle session with our DJs Young Sefa and JT, it’s easy to see why the talented young artist was featured in Tagata Pasifika. Being the youngest of the Williams’ tribe, Raze credits her family, who are all in the music industry, as her inspiration, as well as the King of Pop himself, Michael Jackson.

Covid-19 health awareness with Dr Dyxon Hansell
With the COVID-19 pandemic affecting thousands of people around the world, Samoa has been lucky enough to be COVID-19 free so far. Helping with that, are the amazing people at the National Health Services, with our doctors and nurses working hard to make sure that we stay covid free. Over the past weeks, we’ve had the pleasure of sitting down with Dr. Dyxon Hansell as he provided us with information about the covid outbreak, and Dr. Sione Pifeleti and Registered Nurse Ferila Finao as they promoted World Hearing Day. From everyone at EyeSpy Radio, thank you for coming in and talking with us!

WHATS IN A NAME?:
Eyespy Radio was founded in August 2019 by Jay and Tasi Ah Fook Shuster who also opened up a nightclub in Apia almost 20 years ago under the same name. The Eyespy nightclub opened in 1999 and welcomed in the new millennia as Samoa’s first modern nightclub, a concept that was inspired by Jay’s travels as a flight attendant with then Polynesian Airlines and his experiences in some of the world’s best night clubbing scenes. The night club was hailed as dynamic and forward thinking which lifted the standard for other nightclubs that followed.
