21 Year Old Samoan Dies From Spiked Can Drink
A 30-year-old man has been detained by the police after he slipped a narcotic in a beer can, that Aiden Sagala unknowingly consumed, which ended his life
According to police sources, the accused was detained at Auckland Airport this month March, 24th, 2023 and his case is currently being heard in Auckland Court, this week on Thursday afternoon.
The Class-A substance found in the beer can is another matter, under investigation by the police in relation to Aiden Sagala's passing.
21-year-old Aiden Ma'aseia Iosefa Sagala of Samoan descent passed away at the beginning of March at an Auckland hospital.
The inquiry into Aiden Sagala's corpse and the drug that he was unaware of, which was left by the person is still ongoing, according to reports by the New Zealand media (Stuff).
According to the police, they don't think Aiden put any substance in his beer can. The family was unconcerned when Aiden was rushed to the hospital, according to Aiden's mother who stated he was fine at the time.
But five days later, Aiden's distraught parents broke the news of their son's passing to his friends and relatives. Although Aiden's mother deemed the treatment of her son to be callous, she said she forgives him.
"But we won't forget this behavior he displayed," the upset mother added.
She also claimed that his son Aiden traveled from Samoa to New Zealand when he was 3 years old. Police agencies in New Zealand have reported that the Ministry's probe is still ongoing.
