Burglar Caught At Head Coaches Residence

A 22 year old man has been caught by the Samoa Police after breaking
into the residence of Manu Samoa 7's Head Coach Muliagatele Brian
Lima. The burglar was caught red handed by the owner and was taken
into custody for investigation.

According to Police Commissioner Au'apaau Logoitino Filipo , the
Police Office received a call in the early hours of Friday morning
this week following a break in at the village of Letogo whereas
Muliagatele currently resides.

"The Police station recieved a call this morning about a young man of
22 years of age who broke into the home of Muliagatele. Muliagatele
caught the man in his home after suspicions that a stranger was
present at the time.'' stated the Commissioner.

Aua'apaau also stated that the young man also resides in Letogo and
has a pending case at court.

"The young man has previous convictions relating to Home Burglary and
Theft" Commissioner told EyeSpy Radio in an exclusive interview.

The suspect who's name can not be publicized has been kept into
custody and will await charges held against him. Muliagatele Brian
Lima has not pressed charges against the young man but Police have
taken actions since he has broken the law.

Police are currently investigating the case and collecting information
regarding the additional charges that will be laid upon the 22 year
old. Following a post that was uploaded on facebook , the young
man was seen being taken away by police officers.

As Samoa heads into the season of festivities , Police Commissioner
Auapa'au Logoitino Filipo urges the public to be cautious during the festive season.
