applauded while stepping off the scale. Ato Plodzicki Faoagali

official event which is set to commence this coming Friday. He also
gave words of encouragement for both teams during the formalities. He
also advised the competitors in having a clean and ethical fight
"Complying by the rules and listening to the referee's instructions"

The weigh-in before a fight ensures that the boxers are in their
weight category in which they have been contracted to fight. The times
of the weigh-in have changed over the years for various reasons, from
the morning of the fight to the day before the fight.
