The British Broadcasting Corporation B.B.C received a staggering number of viewers on their live coverage during the Rugby League World Cup 2022 semi finals.

The match between Toa Samoa and England in their semi-finals clash became the biggest TV audience globally.

The British broadcasting company received a height of 2.8 million viewers around the world watching , and 23% of their content was shared across Social media globally.

The numbers attracted a lot of attention towards the National Rugby League (N.R.L) boosting this classification of rugby which was quite unfamiliar to a lot of rugby union fans.

We all witnessed how this match impacted all of us the past few weeks , the Toa Samoa vs England had people glued to their television highly anticipated to witness their team make history in this historical match.

The match gave the younger generation a glimpse of the famous Manu Samoa upset of Wales in the 1991 World Rugby Union Cup making it the closest we've come across these types fanatical support.

When our Toa Samoa won against England with that golden kick by Stephen Crichton, it united our neighbouring region nations including New Zealand and Australia as well.

This was the biggest game changer in the history of league sportsmanship. Toa Samoa has left a huge impact on the league realm , and we've witnessed parades done all over the world in the United States and across the Pacific.

The regional unison it created made Toa Samoa the first ever sports team to do just that , they truly are champions in the eyes of many aspiring sports people. Arguably B.B.C recieved an astonishing 2.8million amount of views during their coverage, it goes to show the Toa Samoa made the league games even more popular.

Their contribution should be immensely acknowledged by the N.R.L , safe to say they should award the boys in blue with a trip back to their homeland Samoa.

This type of recognition would be highly appreciated not only by Samoa but the entirety of Pacific nations. NRL would be prestigiously praised if this type of acknowledgment existed. As the saying by Coach Michael Cheika goes "Whether it is rugby or business or school, or whatever.

People respect you, and they certainly have the respect of the team." Toa Samoa has gained the respect of its fans and the hearts of millions around the world. They deserve to come home and the people deserve to see their heroes.
