Security guards and taxi driver to be charged for breaching quarantine law.

Security guards and a taxi driver have been taken into quarantine due to physical contact with passengers in isolation.

Police are awaiting their release from quarantine and will file charges against them for breaching the quarantine law.

Talamua Media reports the incident took place last week where two security guards at one of the quarantine sites were given cash by passengers in isolation who then arranged a taxi driver to do the shopping and brought it to the quarantine site.

Penalties for anyone breached quarantine laws are not less than $ 2000.

There are currently 172 passengers and 217 front-liners in isolation since the arrival of the 6th March repatriation flight.
