FATAL CRASH CLAIMS THE LIFE OF A 19-YEAR-OLD

The fatal car accident which has claimed the life of a 19 year old female, occurred at around 5pm on Wednesday this week in the village of Tapatapaō.

In an interview with Eyespy Radio on Thursday this week, the Deputy Commissioner of Samoa Police, Papāli'i Monalisa Tia'i-Keti, conveyed that the19-year-old victim and two other individuals were inside the vehicle that was involved in the crash.

The Authorities allege that speeding is the main factor which caused this deadly accident.

Police are still investigating the matter. However, the Deputy Commissioner has confirmed that a suspect has been arrested and charged in relation to the deadly incident.
