Samoa Police Issue Parade Permits Notice
The most anticipated Street Parade that everyone has been hyping about
on Social Media this week in support of the Toa Samoa vs Mate Ma’a Tongan Rugby League world cup quarter final. Starting from Faleata in Upolu will be needing a Police Permit to legally authorize such
gatherings.
Samoa Police Prisons & Corrections Services has posted on THEIR
Facebook Page that they will be enforcing that if any organisations or
club wishes to hold a public gathering will require a Police Permit.
The Police will take action on those who fail to comply with the
regulation and the requirements needed. They highly advise the public
and any member of the public and organisations that will participate
in the parade.
The hype on Social Media posts about the Toa Samoa vs Tonga next
week on Monday after winning against France last weekend had been
posted several times online. From car clubs to districts around the
island , public notices were announced for holding a street parade
this weekend.
Several responses of support have commented to join and participate in this Parade in support of Toa Samoa.
